In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

Sports Betting: Cricket, boxing, and other sports markets are subject to standard sports betting rules. Suspension by vc666: vc666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where vc666 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) the Player is unable to satisfy identity verification requirements; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to vc666 or other Players.

Balance on Closure: Where an Account is closed by vc666 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account — including Real Money Funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the full balance may be forfeited. Where closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting vc666 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining Real Money Funds balance at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements being satisfied.

Language: All dispute communications, submissions, and proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
